• All driving lessons must be booked in advance and are subject to instructor availability.
• Lessons are available for automatic vehicles only unless otherwise stated.
• The student must hold a valid UK provisional driving licence and present it on their first lesson.
• Students must be physically and mentally fit to drive. Any medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment for lessons can be made online, by bank transfer, or in cash (if pre-agreed).
• Cancellations require at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide this notice will result in the lesson being charged in full.
• Block bookings and discounted packages are non-refundable after the first lesson has been completed.

4. Pricing

• All prices listed are in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect lessons already booked and paid.

5. Conduct

• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards instructors or staff will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of lessons without refund.
• Students must follow the instructor’s safety instructions at all times.

6. Vehicle Use for Tests

• Use of the driving school vehicle for practical tests is subject to instructor approval and availability.
• The instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the vehicle for a test if the student is deemed not test-ready.

• We will not be held responsible for any personal belongings lost during lessons.
• While we take all reasonable steps to ensure safety, we accept no liability for accidents, injury, or damage resulting from negligence or misconduct during lessons.
